Take turnpike north to exit 15E, follow signs for Jersey City. You will go over 2 bridges. Once you get over the 2nd bridge bear to your left. Stay all the way left and it will take you on to rte 440 north. Lincoln Park will be on both sides of you (you should see ball fields on both sides of you while your on 440). At the next light make a right into the park. Make another right once you get inside the park at the stop sign (the track field will be on your right hand side). Once you pass the track there is a little bridge that takes you over rte 440. Make a right on to the bridge and it will take you where Lincoln Park West fields are.
